to promote their services to vacation rental managers at the VRMA Annual
Conference.

Register now to attend, exhibit, sponsor, and advertise. Be sure to register prior to
September 30, 2010 to receive the lowest Conference registration rates.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to
October 1, 2010; refunds will be processed after the Conference. No refunds will be granted after October 1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company.

Vendor Showcase
Collaborate with
current and potential clients at the Vendor Showcase. Expanded showcase hours
and new elements give you the opportunity to develop partnerships with vacation
rental managers who need to know about your services. Upon registration, the primary contact will be sent a Showcase information form to collect additional information about the company, participation, and booth preferences.

Quick Connect
New this year, VRMA is hosting "speed dating” style
meetings for exhibiting suppliers to have short, pre-scheduled meetings with potential
clients. Participants must sign up for these meetings prior to the conference. Suppliers
will sign up for tables and vacation rental managers will sign up for 12-minute
meetings with up to nine suppliers. Quick Connect is open to all exhibiting suppliers. Suppliers can sign up to participate on the Showcase information form sent to the primary contact upon exhibitor registration. The supplier deadline to participate in Quick Connect was August 31; if you are interested in participating, contact
Amanda Bureau for availability.
Quick Connect will take place Monday, November 1, 3:30-5:45 p.m. Please note there will also be concurrent sessions held during this time frame.
Reserve Meeting Space for Client Meetings or
Receptions
Planning to hold meetings or receptions with your current or potential clients?
If you would like to book meeting space at the Conference hotel, please submit
the meeting request form to VRMA by September 1, 2010. VRMA staff will respond
to requests within one week of receipt and, if approved, connect you with the
Marriott events staff.
