How to Participate

A Vendor/Supplier company must register as a SPONSOR to attend the Holiday Rental Professionals Seminar. New to VRMA? Experience all VRMA has to offer by sponsoring the Holiday Rental Professionals Seminar and receive a complimentary 2013 Vendor/Supplier Membership. (Current VRMA Supplier Members do not receive complimentary membership or discount on sponsorship.)

SPONSOR LEVEL I - $10,000 / €8,000

• Opportunity to make an approved 5-10 minute presentation in a general session venue (i.e. keynote / luncheon) at the Seminar.
• Complimentary table top display space at the Seminar. Sponsor is responsible for all expenses relating to the operation of the exhibit space, including without limitation, set-up, storage, internet access and power supply.
• Complimentary registration for the Seminar for two company representatives.
• Prominent exposure on the Seminar website pages of VRMA.com, including sponsor logo and website link.
• Option to have a printed promotional piece, such as a company flyer or brochure, distributed by VRMA to all attendees at onsite registration. Sponsor is responsible for all expenses and arrangements to make the promotional material available for distribution at the event. Promotional material is subject to the prior review and approval of VRMA.
• Recognition in promotional communication about the Seminar.

SPONSOR LEVEL II - $5,000 / €4,000

• Complimentary table top display space at the Seminar. Sponsor is responsible for all expenses relating to the operation of the exhibit space, including without limitation, set-up, storage, internet access and power supply.
• Complimentary registration for the Seminar for two company representatives.
• Prominent exposure on the Seminar website pages of VRMA.com, including sponsor logo and website link.
• Recognition in promotional communication about the Seminar.

SPONSOR LEVEL III - $1,000 / €800

• One complimentary registration for the Seminar included.
• Listed on the Seminar website pages of VRMA.com as an event supporter.

ADDITIONAL COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES - $240 each / €190

• Sponsorships include registration for either 1 or 2 registrants. Additional representatives from company must also be registered.
