Each member company of the Vacation Rental Managers Association may cast one vote to elect Board members during the Annual Membership Meeting, which will be held at the Arizona Biltmore, 2400 East Missouri Avenue, Phoenix, AZ on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012 at 12:15 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Per the VRMA bylaws, a quorum of 25 percent of the membership must vote in order for the elections to be held.
