Vendor ShowcaseCollaborate with
current and potential clients at the Vendor Showcase. Expanded showcase hours
and new elements give you the opportunity to develop partnerships with vacation
rental managers who need to know about your services.

Booth Information
By popular request, VRMA is collecting vendor preferences for booth
assignments. Upon receipt of registration, the primary contact from the supplier company will be sent a Showcase information form. VRMA will make every attempt to accommodate vendors' booth
preferences within reason. Assignment priority will be given first to corporate
sponsors (Gold, Silver, Bronze), then to conference sponsors, and then
according to registration date.
Initial Showcase booth assignments were made
for suppliers registered by August 31. After this date, booth space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Annual Conference Showcase will have 10x10 exhibit booths. Each
booth will consist of:
- 8’ high backwall and 3’ high
side drape in royal blue
- One (1) 7” x 44” one-line ID
sign
- One (1) 6’ x 30” skirted
table
- Two (2) side chairs
- One (1) wastebasket

Vendor Information
& Promotion Vacation rental managers attending past events have told us they
don’t know what all of the vendors do, so don’t know how to prioritize which
booths to visit. New this year, the Showcase Guide will list a short,
one-sentence description of all exhibiting companies. This information will be collected on the Showcase information form, which will be sent to the primary contact upon Showcase registration. This information will
also be posted online, along with links to exhibitor websites, for attendees to
review in advance.
Showcase Prizes
Individual Booth
Prizes:
All exhibitors are encouraged to provide a prize worth a minimum value of $25
to encourage attendees to visit the showcase and, specifically, your company. Vendors
are responsible for collecting participant information, selecting prize winners
(however they choose), and distributing prizes. VRMA will collect winners’
names assist with winner notification. If you include your booth prize on your Showcase information form, VRMA will promote it to seminar attendees through the
Showcase Guide, signage, and advance promotion.
Passport Prizes: In addition to the
individual prizes given by vendors, VRMA will also provide a "grand prize” to
encourage attendees to visit all the vendors. Vacation rental managers will be
given passports to Navigate the Vendor Showcase and those who visit every booth
will be entered for the Passport prize drawing.
Supplier Schedule
The complete Conference schedule will be available soon, but here
are some of the highlights for suppliers. The Showcase will be closed during
general sessions and lunches; it will remain open during concurrent sessions,
but vendors are welcomed and encouraged to attend all programming if they
choose.
