| Steve Trover is Chief Executive Officer of ALL STAR Vacation Homes. An entrepreneur, Steve has successfully created and developed nine different businesses over the past 20 years. Under Steve’s leadership, ALL STAR Vacation Homes has become an industry leader in luxury vacation property management and marketing services in Central Florida. Steve has overseen the development of a management and software platform for ALL STAR, which evolved into the development of LiveRez, of which he is a shareholder. Steve is a member of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International), and Skal International. He frequently speaks on a regional and national level about the vacation home industry to both media and tourism and hospitality groups. Steve has previously served on the boards for the Central Florida VRMA (CFVRMA) and the Florida VRMA (FVRMA).

| Dan Kline is Vice President of Magical Memories Management, Inc. Founded in 1995, Magical Memories has become one of Orlando, Fla.’s largest vacation rental companies. Dan has been in the vacation rental and hospitality industry for more than 20 years and credits many of his company’s successes to ideas learned through the VRMA. Dan was one of the founders of Discover Vacation Homes, a VRMA initiative to bring much needed public awareness to the vacation rental industry. Dan regularly attends local association events from Orlando VRMA, FVRMA, HSAMI and SKAL promoting his business and the vacation rental industry.

| Alan Hammond is the Managing Partner of Holiday Vacation Rentals (HVR). HVR manages 100 rental cottages, fine homes, condominium vacation club resort and condominium associations. Holiday Vacation Rentals joined VRMA in 2005 and credits the Association for helping the company to develop its professional standards in vacation rental management. HVR was among the first professional management companies in Michigan to rate properties and offer any day check in, travel and property damage insurance, online bookings and has achieved the Michigan Green Lodging Certification designation. Alan is also active in the hotel and resort industry providing advisory, acquisition and disposition services and is the past Managing Director of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Hospitality Group. |  | With more than 12 years of experience as a hospitality professional in
vacation rental management and marketing, Heather Weiermann currently
manages 60+ homes in the coastal San Diego communities of La Jolla,
Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Heather is currently working with other
VRMA members to build the San Diego Vacation Rental Managers Alliance as well as a statewide Vacation Rental Managers Alliance. | Directors
|  | Kyle Buehner is President and CEO of NAVIS, headquartered in Bend,
Oregon. Kyle’s company built a comprehensive reservations and marketing
solution designed specifically for the vacation rental industry that
includes a 24x7 reservation call center. Kyle has been a supplier member
of VRMA since 1988 when he began working with his father, Milton
Buehner, who started a call management company, then called Buehner-Fry,
Inc., to serve vacation rental management firms. In 2006, Kyle
purchased the company from family and outside investors. He previously
served on the board of the Corporate Housing Providers Association and
is an active member of Vistage which is a worldwide network of CEOs who
meet in small groups monthly to improve their businesses.

| With more than 30 years in the travel industry, Lee Hughes brings a significant and diverse travel background to travel insurance. He spent 10 years at United Airlines in sales and management positions on the West Coast. In the sales division, his time was devoted exclusively to incentive and group affinity charter sales. Entering the travel insurance industry in 1982, Lee focused his extensive experience on developing new and underserved markets. He personally developed CSA’s landmark series of travel insurance products for the resort, hospitality and incentive travel industries. At CSA, Lee has direct responsibility for business development within the Property Management, Timeshare and Retail divisions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and mass communications and an MBA in organizational development. In addition, he received a Standard LifeTeaching Credential for elementary, secondary and junior college education. He is a member of ASTA and SKAL.

| Glen Kaiser was a National Account Manager with UPS before joining his brother’s business, Kaiser Realty, in 2002. Since then, he has been involved with the front desk and housekeeping operations along with owner and guest relations for more than 600 vacation rentals in the Gulf Shores area. Glen has served as a speaker at past VRMA events. Glen also serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Baldwin County, Alabama. | 
| Betsy LaBarge founded Mt. Hood Vacation Rentals (formerly Cascade Property Management) in 1991 after identifying an untapped business opportunity at Mt. Hood, Oregon. Betsy graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in Child Development and Family Studies in 1981 and moved to the Mt. Hood area in 1982. She worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years before starting Cascade Property Management which has grown to be the premier vacation rental company in the Villages of Mt. Hood with a top priority of providing high quality, clean and well-maintained vacation rental homes while providing the friendliest of customer service. Betsy has served in a variety of positions in local business groups, with a priority of working towards increasing travelers' awareness of vacation rentals in Oregon.

| Bob Milne serves as President of Wyndham Vacation Rentals North America. In this role, he is responsible for leading and growing Wyndham’s North American rental businesses, including such brands as ResortQuest, Steamboat Resorts and The Resort Company. Bob has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and resort property management. He began his career in the sales and marketing department of Steamboat Resorts in 1985, holding several positions of increasing responsibility before becoming president and ultimately buying The Resort Company. In 2007, he sold The Resort Company to a private equity firm, staying on after the sale as both a minority owner and CEO. During his tenure, Bob grew The Resort Company into a leading vacation rental management company with approximately 1,000 rental units in the most sought after Colorado mountain destinations.

| Steve Milo is the owner of Vacation Rental Pros Property Management, LLC, managing more than 600 properties throughout Florida, including St. Augustine Beach, Venice and Palm Coast. Steve has been involved in several rental restriction battles including a favorable landmark legal ruling in Venice, Florida. Steve serves as Chair of the VRMA Government Affairs Committee and is a past Board member of the Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association.

| Under Maureen Regan’s leadership, Seaside has solidified its reputation as a well-known and award-winning vacation rental management company. A member of the VRMA since 1994, Maureen is actively involved in various community, region and state travel and business groups to raise awareness of vacation rentals in her area, and was instrumental in starting Maine and New England vacation rental groups. Maureen is author of the book, "The Rental Game: Winning With A Professional Vacation Management Team.”

| Tristan Webb is President and Owner of Utah Vacation Homes in Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah. He has been involved with VRMA for nearly a decade and currently serves on the Board of Directors and Public Relations committee. Tristan also founded Future Focus Utilities, serving his home owner clients by brokering lower rates and better value for phone, internet, TV, natural gas, and electricity services.
