What's Included?

Admission to all educational programming, the vendor networking area, the Welcome Reception and conference lunches
Food:  hors d'oeuvres during the Welcome Reception, snacks during the Networking Breaks, Tuesday and Wednesday lunch

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less a €60 ($75) administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to 31 January 2015. Refunds will be processed after the Seminar. No refunds will be granted after 31 January 2015. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company.


A photographer will be present during portions of the European Seminar. Registration for the Seminar gives permission to VRMA for the use of photos, names, etc. in any reporting, promotions, online or printed materials.
