Additional registrants are individuals from the same company as the primary registrant.
- Admission to all programming, the Vendor Showcase, and the Opening Reception.
- Conference swag (tote bag, lanyard, pen, folder, etc.)
- Food: hors d’oeuvres during the reception; morning and afternoon snacks in the Vendor Showcase; breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.
- Please indicate any special dietary requests on your registration form so we may best prepare to accommodate you.
- *Guest Ticket: Registered attendees are welcome to bring a spouse/guest to participate in portions of the Seminar. Guest tickets provide admission to the Monday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Luncheon only.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less a $85 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to March 21, 2013; refunds will be processed after the Seminar. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company.
Photography & Recording
A photographer may be present during portions of the Seminar and some educational sessions may be audio or video recorded. Registration for the Seminar gives permission to VRMA for the use of photos, names, etc. in any reporting, promotions, online or printed materials.
Vacation rental managers are welcome to attend the Western Seminar without joining VRMA, but we think once you experience a VRMA event you'll want to be a part of our community! To take advantage of the lower member registration rates, join or renew your membership today. (Non-member suppliers/vendors must join VRMA or exhibit in order to attend the event.)
